The Alter Digital Marketing team leads the execution of the confirmed strategy and plan over the execution phase with the following overarching components:

Deliverables are customized to the client’s needs:

• Enhance current website with organic search strategy via SEO tool.
• Set up and/or adjust Google Analytics on existing site including appropriate lead tracking and dashboard reporting.
• Develop conversion tools which includes building outline, providing direction on writing, editing, and creative development/design. Client needs to supply copy for conversions tools based on the content outline.
• Set up new landing pages for conversion tools with download forms, tracking, and establishing process/automation for email list inclusion.
• Set up email marketing tool. Add email lists in compliance with CASL. Create template in-line with branding. Add subscribe functionality to website.
• Review all social media properties and update with new messaging and branding.
• Adjust website navigation and pathing that can be executed in WordPress without the support of a developer in order to implement the new conversion strategy.
• Work with client to develop pages of content based on new messaging and apply to the existing website.
• Manage client’s existing developer to assist with technical execution.
• Work with client to develop blog posts which includes building outline, providing direction on writing, editing, publishing, SEO, and scheduling.
